The Keshet “Arch” Cave in Upper Galilee
This amazing place is home to the ruins of Tel Ademet, which is a city located above the cave that dates back to the Early Bronze Era. The actual cave is a natural splendor and exploration of the cave is tons of fun. Many people enjoy repelling, climbing, and hiking in this area. Interestingly, this “cave” is of the highest altitude in the area. Thus, the view from the top is breathtaking.
Monfort National Park
This interesting place is actually the location of the crusader fortress ruins from the 13th century. People of all ages love exploring this area and checking out the artifacts, flour mill, farm, and remains of this area. Keep in mind that getting to this area requires a hike, as it is only accessible by foot. You can find this fun fill adventure at Keziv Stream Nature Reserve. Talmudic Village at Zippori National Park
There is still more to see in the awesome region known as the Galilee Mountains. If you are in the area, you will enjoy a day exploring the Talmudic Village. This ancient city was once occupied by the Talmudic people and the Romans. You can take a walk through the 5th century CE synagogue, as well as the amazing ancient residential quarters. While you are there, the ancient Roman amphitheater (restored), underground water system, and magnificent mosaics are a must see.
