Bethlehem Day Tour
We will start the day off by picking you up at your hotel and head to the Separation Barrier. This wall separates Israel from Palestine, which makes it more difficult for Palestinians to enter Israel. There is beautiful graffiti on these walls that has been painted by the famous artist Banksy. The tour will lead you to Manger Square to visit the Church of the Nativity, which is the oldest active church in the Holy Land. Next, we are on our way to the Milk Grotto, which will be followed by a walk through the old city. This will give you a chance to shop, purchase souvenirs, and take in the culture. Next, we will travel to the small town of Beit Sahour, which is just outside of Bethlehem. We will visit the site of Shepherds’ Field and enjoy a great lunch. The tour concludes with a trip to Herodion Mountain, which is home to the Palace that was built by King Herod. We will visit Mar Saba Monastery, which was founded by Saint Saba. This monastery still follows the traditions from the times of Constantine. We will then head back to our starting point to finish out the day.

The Holy Land tour was amazing. This is the first group trip our church has done of this magnitude and we had an awesome turnout. This was an amazing trip and we hope to be able to set up another guided tour similar to this one in the future.
My family and I truly enjoyed our Holy Land Tour. My son graduated high school last spring and is on pace to become a pastor. We decided to book this Holy Land Tour as our family vacation and his graduation present. It was a wonderful opportunity and learning experience. Thank you for making this wonderful tour available to us!
I was a bit nervous about traveling to this region because you hear lots of scary stuff on the news. I felt perfectly safe on the tour and the tour guide was very good about leading us and keeping everybody safe and comfortable.
